The class had great fun this week during our transport-themed Aistear. We learned all about planes, trains, cars and boats. Our role play station was an airport check-in desk and airplane. The boys took on roles as passengers, baggage handlers, pilots and flight attendants. They also designed their own transport vehicles before building them with lego, created transport systems at the Small World station, learned about the different parts of a car and took a survey on how we all travel to school in the morning.
A special thanks to Mr Connolly and his pupils who put on their brilliant play; Treasure Island, for us on Friday afternoon. Well done to everyone involved.
