Lucan 3-4
On Thursday the senior A hurling team had their third challenge match of the season against St Mary’s Lucan. The Referee threw the ball in at 3 O’clock. For the first 5 minutes both teams fought hard, but Lucan came away with the first point of the game. St. Mary’s quickly replied with a point of their own. When the half time whistle blew St. Mary’s were leading by one point. At half time Mr O’Neill made a lot of changes and Lucan started strong in the second half and they started to break away. Lucan got a few goals that Mary’s were unlucky to concede. The game ended with a win for Lucan on a scoreline of 3-4 to 0-6. We are training hard for the league, which starts in early April.
