Football Fever has really hit St. Mary’s in the past few weeks with our Senior footballers memorable victory in Croke Park.
This past week we have had two football blitzes organised between ourselves and St. Joseph’s Terenure. Over the two days there were over 80 boys from 3rd and 4th class in St. Mary’s that took part. The standard of play was super on both days and it is fantastic to see so many boys from St. Mary’s looking to emulate the boys that were so successful in Croke Park this year.
Well done to all the boys involved and thanks to the six boys from our Senior football team for helping out in refereeing the matches.
