Our football season finished yesterday with our Senior Footballers winning the Division 1 Football Final in Croke Park. It was a great game of football against Scoil Mhuire Marino.
I congratulate all the players and the team managers Mr. Duffy and Mr. O’Neill. It was a memorable day for the parents and the school staff.
I also congratulate Mr. Casey and Mr. Corish’s team on winning their league. They were also presented with their medals in Croke Park.
We had five football teams playing in the Cumann na mBunscol leagues. To all the team managers I say Go Raibh Míle Maith Agaibh and to the parents who supported in any way.
The post match party was much appreciated which the Parents’ Committee provided.
