The boys of St. Mary’s are brilliant readers. Classes from 1st class up engage with the Accelerated Reader programme.
Recently Jane, one of our S.N.A.’s, took on the massive task of updating all of the class libraries. Thank you Jane.
A huge thank you to the Board of Management and the Parents’ Association, they gave €2,000 to pay for the books!
Once the books were ordered, the next job was the mammoth task of sorting and labelling these books. Ms. McGlade’s 2nd Class took on this job. Well done boys!
The books will be in classes ready for reading this week. We hope the boys enjoy reading them.
