The boys in 3rd Class have been busy on Tuesday evenings after school since before Christmas learning the game of Handball. The 16 boys have been practicing very hard in the school hall and at home to improve their skills. They have been improving immensely every week and it’s time to put this into practice with our St. Mary’s Handball Classic.
Our tournament is kicking off this week with the first fixtures to be played after school on Tuesday. The boys are very excited with some great prizes for our finalists who will have to win four tough games in order to win the title. A plate competition will also be played. Qualifying rounds are over the next four weeks with our finals day set for Tuesday 13th February.
